At State of Flow, every class is designed to help you feel strong, supported, and in tune with your body. Whether you crave the warmth of the hot mat or prefer the focus of a non-heated session, each class blends mindful movement with functional strength — so you’ll move with purpose, challenge your limits, and leave feeling good in your body.
Small-group sessions mean personalised guidance, smart programming, and plenty of room to grow — at your own pace, in your own way.

Tone
Slow burn. Deep focus. Total calm.
If you’re new to the hot room or simply love a slower, more intentional class, Tone is your place to start. You’ll hold postures, layer in small controlled movements, and feel that delicious slow burn as strength builds from within.
This class focuses on form, breath, and awareness — helping you feel calm, steady, and completely present. The gentle heat (around 32°C) supports flexibility, releases tension, and leaves you glowing.

Sweat & Sculpt
Turn up the heat. Turn up your power.
Sweat & Sculpt blends the precision of Pilates with the intensity of a full-body workout. Expect dynamic flows, resistance work, and bursts of cardio that challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate.
The warmth of the room amplifies the burn, builds endurance, and leaves you with that post-class high. It’s a workout that’s as empowering as it is energising — and it’s seriously addictive.

Power
Strength with intention.
In Power, we slow things down to focus on precision, form, and resistance. Using heavier dumbbells and functional movement patterns, this class helps you develop deep, lasting strength — not just in your muscles, but in your posture, balance, and focus.
It’s mindful, challenging, and built to help you move better — in class and in life.
Non-heated class. Heavier dumbbells provided. Suitable for all levels, including pre- and postnatal participants. Bring towel, water, and grippy socks.

Pilates Circuit
Move. Play. Repeat.
Pilates Circuit is fast-paced, varied, and full of energy. You’ll move through stations using a mix of props, weights, and bodyweight sequences — designed to lift your heart rate, strengthen your core, and build stamina.
It’s fun, functional, and full of feel-good movement — perfect for anyone who loves variety and a bit of play.
