Our Studio

Our hot room amplifies the benefits of movement, helping you find ease, flexibility, and that satisfying post-class glow. For those who prefer a non-heated space, we offer strength-based and circuit classes that balance control with challenge. Every class is guided with care, so you’ll feel supported no matter your level of experience.

State of Flow was born from a simple idea: movement should feel good. After falling in love with Pilates and seeing firsthand how transformative it can be, founder Erin Smith wanted to create a studio that felt personal — not part of a chain, but part of the community. With her background as a qualified hormonal health coach, Erin brings an extra layer of care, especially for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
